Baron Auto Scam Home

Hello, and welcome to Baron Auto Scam

What's the deal with BaronAutoScam.com?

I purchased this domain a few years after my first 'issue' with Baron Auto, and have realized over time, that in reality, not only is Baron Auto Mall ( and affiliates ) a business, but they are very underhanded, and as I tend to do more and more research on this organization, things tend to get dirtier and dirtier.

Why do I believe Baron Auto is a scam?

Well, let's start with my story, all other stories I will post in my 'blog'. Be sure to check out the blog to see what's been happening as time rolls on.

In 2007, I went to Baron Auto Outlet in Selden to purchase a new vehicle. Since I am a snowboarder, I was checking out their truck / suv's. While browsing the lot, I was approached by one of the employee's. His name will be withheld because he tried to help me out through another dealer after the fact, but it was terrible timing. At the time of the sale, he was the current General Manager of Baron Auto Outlet in Selden.

At this point, he was showing me the XTerra's they had on the lot, there was a Pathfinder and right next to the Pathfinder there was a Murano. Which is a very sweet looking car. So, he convinces me to take a test drive, and tells me about all the cool things the car includes. For instance, 4 wheel drive that automatically kicks in, a 6 CD changer, and Xenon headlights.

As he is about to get the truck ready he says that he is going to get the car detailed before I drive away in it. Then says that it will be spotless, and will look like brand new. Even while saying this, he points to the front bumper which has a mark on it, and says it will look like new.

Cool deal i'm thinking. The car comes out, and it looks as if it had just come out of a car wash, which is fine, but it was definitely NOT detailed. Later, when I get the car home I realize that the mark on the front bumper is still an issue.

I figure, ok, i'll deal with it.

Later on in the week I realize that their is no 6 CD changer in the vehicle, which starts to bother me a little more. I had also noticed the night in which I purchased the vehicle, there were no Xenon (those blue) headlights that are so awesome.

What really put the icing on the cake was when I went up to Vermont for a snowboarding trip, my car was ALL OVER the road. Goes to show you that that 4 wheel drive kicked in real well. Or perhaps not at all, because the truck doesn't have 4 wheel drive.

So, with that, I wrote a letter to the manager of Baron Auto Outlet in Selden, and thought maybe he would do right by trying to work something out.

Let's now fast forward to a year and a half later after the original site went live. I am now being contacted by Joe Giordano, he is a salesman from Baron Auto Maxx of Medford. At the time, he had contacted me due to a website I had in place (BaronAutoSucks.com) that brought a lot of heat onto Baron Auto and their scams and misdealings. I had taken the site down for a variety of reasons. One of those reasons was because Joe Giordano had made a move for me, that I had originally thought was in my favor. Other reasons was the high cost of hosting and traffic management. Looking back on it, it was all in favor of Baron Auto Mall, Baron Auto Maxx, and all the divisions under the Baron label including, Baron Nissan of Roslyn, Baron Honda of Patchogue, Yonkers Auto Mall, Baron Auto Outlet of Freeport, Best Ford of Floral Park, Hillside Auto Mall of Jamaica, Baron Auto Mall of Roslyn (Now Port Motors of Roslyn).

They seemed to benefit (once again) off of the fact that I trust pretty much everyone. Once again, I was screwed. Once I realized that I was taken advantage of for a second time, I thought to myself, I guess they didn't get the message the first time. I contacted Joe Giordano of Baron Auto Maxx with a letter. He responded right away in hopes that I wouldn't take the drastic steps that I have taken in the past against the company he worked for. We figured out a tentative 'deal' where I would be ok with the situation that I was in. I traveled out there from Mineola 2 or 3 times to work everything out. Unfortunately, Joe Giordano had dropped the ball. All of that occured in and around August of 2008.

It is now November of 2009. I recently got in touch with some people over at Baron Nissan in Roslyn, and though maybe they would be intrested in striking a deal with me where I wouldn't do something nearly as drastic as what I am doing now. I received a phone call after I asked for someone in management to get in touch with me. The girl who called me, gave me another persons name, and she said he would call me back. That was a month ago. Still no phone call back.

So, with that, I wish to welcome everyone to Baron Auto Scam dot com! I was able to get Baron Auto Sucks to the top of the search engines in a matter of a year. I learned a lot, and I think I can have this site at the top of Google, Yahoo, and Bing in less than 6 months. That is a challenge for myself, and i'm pretty sure i'll be there before that!

Wish me luck!

Also, I am currently designing a blogging system for the site, similar to some of my other sites, JakeSiegel.com, JakeNY.com, and a few others. This blog will feature stories from me, and stories from others.

Every story I receive will be posted into the blogging system for the search engines to soak up. This site will stay up until EVERY story is fixed and approved from the original creator of the story. I am absolutely sure, I will have plenty of stories soon!
