And here's a story that comes from a loyal reader by the name of Don.
Baron in Medford is
not much better. My wife and I were looking to purchase two vehicles and they asked
for insurance cards from us before we inked the
deal.
I specifically told Michael and Joe
that I would send over a binder but not the cards, due to that fact that with the
cards they could register the vehicles in my name and then I would be stuck with
them without knowing the monthly payment or what they were giving us on our
trade ins.
That is when they took
it upon themselves to call my insurance broker and tell them that as per my wife,
they were to receive the insurance cards. Thankfully I have known the insurance broker for 12
years and my wife for 20 and she knew this was not the case. They were trying to
register the vehicles in my name before I had agreed to the terms so I would
have been locked in and screwed and possibly stuck with not only the two
vehicles I was trying to purchase, but the two I already
owned. I just love a good heart warming story like this. Go Medford! Keep it dirty!
