Ok, so I just received another email from my 'source'. Her and her husband are both fed up with Joe G and all of his antics.
Here is the email that I sent out to my source.
Hey [source's name was here],
I literally just got back, I ended up driving down
to Miami to bring my brother in law down to school, and we took a flight to get
home last night. Sorry I didn't get the chance to respond to your email the
other day.
Let me just say, holy crap! I hope you get
everything you need / want from them. Obviously Joe is finally starting to take
some heat, and it's well deserved. He's been doing this stuff for years, and
it's time to finally turn the tables.
Thanks for the email! Let me know how things turn
out for you guys.

Here is the email response from my source for your own viewing pleasure.
Hey Jake,
Actually, my husband is fed up with Joe because on Saturday during the
phone call he called me a bitch; so he [her husband] does not want to deal with the
unprofessionalism. My husband and I thank you for all that you have done with
putting the website up. Also, Joe mentioned that you are close to going to jail
just to let you know.
Also, Joe mentioned that you are close to going to jail. That is FANTASTIC!!! Definitely my favorite part!!!
Now, what makes this so exciting is that I am doing no wrong. In some states, posting a phone number on a website to directly call someone in a story without prior permission is illegal. Fortunately, I live in a state that doesn't follow those rules. Also, I have never posted a phone number or email address other than my own, so I'm pretty sure it's safe to say, I'm not going to jail any time soon.
Also, I work for 2 of the best trial attorney's on Long Island, so if for some reason, I am wrongly jailed, we will turn around and sue. Not only may I make a couple 100k, I will also have a whirlwind of media attention, which will not help Baron or any of their affiliates in any way. Plus the website will be number 1 in all search engines if they decide to take that route. I'm at number eight seven on google only because I was trying to come up with an amicable solution for all these issues. Not because I can't get higher.
Oh, and Joe, can you give me a call when the cops come to take me away? I'd like to be wearing one of my nice polo's before I go away!

(UPDATE) | Sorry, I received this email on Saturday, but I was on the road driving down to Miami, bringing my brother in law to school. But, here's the gist of the email.
Instead of quoting direct from the email, I'll just sum it up briefly. Ever since the last post, Joe G (I call him Joe G now, because its easier on the spell check) has come under fire for a few reasons, which suck, I know. But you can only do wrong by so many people before you get screwed over for your sneaky tactics yourself.
According to my 'source', she is telling me that he called her saying that he was going to lose his job because of her story, and it's all her fault why this is happening to him. And he has a family, and all that stuff. It's funny, because he actually puts the blame on her, and not himself.
Regardless, since the story was on the internet for everyone to see, and he got in a little hot water, he is going to try to do some good. If he does do as he says he will, I will be sure to let everyone know in a later post. I will just await a response from my source.
I feel like a spy, because I have a 'source'.
Oh, and one final thing, during the phone call, Joe also said that my source was harassing Michelle Scalise for asking about why the sale price wasn't found anywhere on the contract that she had signed.
